1. Conditions on time to receive and process exchange goods
We accept exchange requests from you within 30 days from the date you receive the goods.
2. Product conditions
Products are intact, no dirty/damaged/scratched / smelly / used or have been washed, bleached and must have a delivery note, red invoice and full accessories, gifts attached (if any).
3. Refund conditions
– When exchanging another product with a higher value: the customer compensates for the difference.
– When exchanging for another product of lower value: postmalonemerch.com does not refund the difference, only supports exchange. Please think carefully before purchasing.
4. In case of exchange or return of goods according to the needs of the customer (not the fault of postmalonemerch.com)
– Customers can only exchange 1 time for 1 purchased product and only if postmalonemerch.com has a replacement product. The replacement product must be of equal or higher value than the previously purchased product.
– postmalonemerch.com supports exchange when the product is ordered by the customer in the wrong size/color,
– Cost of shipping, consignment, bank transfer (if the exchanged product has a higher value) to be paid by the customer.
5. In case of return or exchange of goods due to errors from postmalonemerch.com
postmalonemerch.com bears all shipping and handling costs incurred.
6. Cancel Order
You can cancel your order for free within 12 hours of placing your order by replying to the order confirmation email we sent you. If your “Cancel Order” request is approved, you will receive your refund within 5 business days. If the order has been shipped, you will not be able to cancel the order.
